Silver Oak Elite Care provided skilled half-day carers (6 hours per day) who worked in close collaboration with Mr. J’s physiotherapist and speech therapist. The carers assisted with prescribed rehabilitation exercises, supported safe transfers and mobility, helped with personal care and dressing, prepared nutritious meals, and provided gentle cognitive stimulation and conversation to aid his recovery. Progress was monitored and shared with the family and medical team.
